12-Month Contract (Hybrid, Dublin)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Manager with strong integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security experience, including Windows 11 upgrades, to join a high-performing IT function within a regulated financial services environment.

Strong rate available based on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and coordinating Windows 10 → Windows 11 upgrades across ~300 VMs in a clustered cloud/virtualised environment.

• Managing batch deployment cycles and defining VM status checkpoints with stakeholder sign-offs.

• Aligning infrastructure teams across multiple geographies and driving cross-team collaboration.

• Tracking vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, and governance processes.

• Consolidating complex technical updates into clear stakeholder reporting.

• Coordinating production change windows, including out-of-hours deployments where required.

• Identifying blockers early and managing escalation pathways.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in technical project management/integration roles in regulated or financial environments.

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, VMware, cloud infrastructure, and IT security principles.

• Hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure or OS upgrade programs.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk escalation skills.

• Comfortable influencing teams without direct authority.

• Financial services experience is highly desirable.
